Threshold practices are embodied Rites of passage designed to interrupt limiting beliefs and awaken personal power.

These practices are not about strength or endurance. They are about presence, intention, and choice.

Through simple but profound physical actions, participants experience what it feels like to move through fear, doubt, and old stories and emerge on the other side with clarity and confidence.

Threshold practices can be experienced on their own, or woven into firewalk ceremonies, retreats, and immersive experiences.

Arrow Break
The arrow break is a powerful embodiment practice where participants break a wooden arrow placed at the throat ~ a symbol of the stories, fears, or limitations that have held them back.

This practice teaches clarity, alignment, and commitment.
When intention, breath, and body come into alignment, the arrow breaks effortlessly.

The arrow break is often experienced as a moment of profound realization:

“If I can do this… what else is possible?”

Arrow breaks can be experienced as:

  • A standalone empowerment ceremony

  • Part of a firewalk experience

  • Integrated into retreats and group immersions

Glass Walking
Glass walking is a ceremonial practice that invites participants to meet fear with presence and trust.

Walking barefoot across broken glass teaches the body and mind to stay grounded, focused, and calm ~ even in moments that appear dangerous or overwhelming.

This practice reveals how perception shapes experience, and how fear dissolves when we slow down and remain present.

Glass walking is not about pain or toughness.
It is about awareness, trust, and choosing how you meet the unknown

Rebar Bending
Rebar bending is a strength-through-focus practice where participants bend solid steel using intention, breath, and body alignment.

This ceremony challenges deeply held beliefs about limitation and capability.
Participants often leave with a visceral understanding that strength is not just physical. It is mental, emotional, and energetic.

Rebar bending is especially powerful for:

  • Leadership development

  • Confidence building

  • Group empowerment and cohesion
