Owner of Nurture Your Nature Healing Arts, where I support people in reconnecting with their bodies, spirit guides, and coming home to themselves through intuitive bodywork, pelvic and womb healing and energy medicine.

For more than 15 years, I’ve walked beside women as they release old patterns, remember their strength, and rediscover the wisdom living in their bones. My work is rooted in truth, presence, and the belief that the body never lies, it always leads us home.

As a mama of 3, I know what it means to carry fear, courage, resilience, and rebirth in the same breath. That’s why firewalking feels so powerful to me. It shows us that courage isn’t loud or forceful, it’s quiet, embodied, and already living inside each of us.

The fire doesn’t change who you are. It helps you remember.

I am the owner and operator of Ritual Blooms, a sustainable earth first flower farmette.

I have been facilitating ceremonial rights of passage, and playing medicine music in sacred ceremony for 15 years. My life is built on ritual and connection…..How we ritually interact with the soil, the elements and ultimately our own lives. I believe fire walking is a gateway initiation into a more connected, heart lead way of being. My calling on this earth is to live the The Beauty Way.
